Genkos pushed out the seat opposite with his cane, whilst pushing a large pint of a faintly pink liquid towards Vitor. There were two of them in front of Genkos and he had no intention of drinking them both… at least not at the same time.

Adea: Here, try this. It’s called a strawberry sour beer, and I have to say, it’s definitely sour, I don’t know what a strawberry is, and the alcohol content is dubious.

Vitor looked suspiciously at the pint and frowned. Ah, perhaps the good doctor should have checked with the man before taking the liberty of ordering for him. 

Silveira: Really?

Looking at Genkos’ dark eyes he shrugged, before taking a sip. Wincing, Vitor put it down and looked back at Genkos.

Silveira: Oh damned foul thing…

Genkos threw up his hands in apology.

Adea: Oh I am so sorry.

Silveira: Definitely not my cup of tea. And I also don’t like tea, unless it's peach ice tea.

Vitor shook his head. Genkos knew another officer who had displayed an affinity for iced tea - he was glad that he had repaired his relationship with Cory before leaving the Gorkon, but he hadn’t made much of an effort to see him since. Vitor took a long breath and grabbed the pint again, now taking a longer sip. Genkos raised a brow. 

Adea: Glutton for punishment?

Silveira: Public service. That way it's a bit less for someone else to drink it. ::He shrugged.:: What can we do? One day we are fighting Changeling and Borg, the next we are drying a pub of their taste offensive drinks. ::He forced a smile and leaned back.:: How are you doing? And do you have any news from Kali?

Genkos waved a barman over.

Adea: First up, let’s get you a better drink. I’ll have the sour. Do, sit.

Silveira: Response

The barman took Vitor’s order and Genkos steepled his hands in front of himself.

Adea: I am doing okay, Vitor. I saw Kalianna not long before this whole Frontier Day mess - she sends her love.

Silveira: Response

Adea: Oh you know, the usual. Patrolling the Borderlands, fighting the good fight, ::a smirk:: pining after handsome Betazoid doctors.

Silveira: Response
