((Main Foyer, Yunamax Hotel))
::With half a plan settled they started to move. Cain let D'fini and Williams move ahead before stopping the Lieutenant with a touch to her elbow. She stopped and turned to face him. Again she seemed tense.::
Khatri: Response?
Cain: Sir, I would appreciate a moment of your time later if that's ok?
Khatri: Response?
Cain: Thank you Sir.
::Cain didn't hang around long. He moved off quickly to follow the other two. The situation was well out of his comfort zone already and he didn't want her, at the minute at least, adding to his sense of unease. By the time he went to follow the other two they were quite a way ahead. He didn't rush. He wasn't sure how he'd react if Williams chirpy attitude returned. He actually felt better since the incident in the shuttle bay. He still didn't remember fully what happened but the doctors put it down to that virus he contracted at that Mining Station. There were still traces of it in his brain apparently but they were dormant. The doctors surmised something triggered them to awaken.... or something like that. Cain was never any good at the bio medical stuff. He knew where to hit someone to put them down but the actual science was beyond him.::
::He rounded a corner with an Office at the far end of the corridor. D'fini and Williams were in there already, looking about and scanning the room. Cain kept his pace. Cain was near enough to see a perplexed look on Williams face. He saw them start coughing. Cain broke into a jog and saw them rush for the door. It slammed shut before either got there. Cain was now flat out and at the door in a second. He saw through the windows in the door that D'finin was down. The door shuddered as Williams kicked it but it wasn't going anywhere. Cain dropped the rifle to its sling and tried to dig his fingers in to pull the doors apart. His effort was much like Williams, no effect. He heard running steps behind him as Darshana reached them.::
Khatri: Response?
Cain::Still straining with the door.:: Don't know Sir. The door just slammed shut. They seem to be suffocating or something in there.
::Williams collapsed at the door. Darshana began working on the pad but was having as much luck as Cain. He stepped back from the door and raised his weapon to either burn a hole or wreck the door completely. He dialled the weapon up to max and took aim but as he looked up to aim down the sights they had disappeared. He moved back to the door to look through the window but no one was in there.::
Cain::Still looking in.:: Sir, they're gone.
Khatri: Response?
::As the Lieutenant contacted the Apollo, Cain took another look through the window. Something was bothering him. If this was a security station, where was the security? No one had passed him on the way down the corridor.::
Cain: Sir. There's no one in here.
Khatri: Response?
Cain: As good as that is to hear Sir, I mean there's literally no one in here. Bit of a useless security station with no security ::He turned to her.:: or is that just me?
Khatri: Response?
