She was no diplomat, to know what to say. The Turei had had no need for such things in her youth. And even now, when they had to choose which corridors to stabilize, when they had to trade with others in shame and silence, she had only limited faith in her own words.

One of the small ships slipped through the rift, and the rift snapped shut. A shame, certainly, with how much they’d tried to dodge it.
She attempted to contact the remaining vessel again, and met largely with a burst of static.

Her voice did not change; if there was any urgency to her words it did not carry through in tone.

She rubbed a hand over the back of her skull in thought, then flicked her fingers over the controls. The map of underspace zoomed out, an overlay across the local space.

Berapli: =/\= Underspace is…less than stable, here. They should stay within range of these beacons for some time. =/\=

She did not say from what. The Federation could guess; her own guesses might be more informed but still unsure.
