Aitas: Someone named Senor Dil poking around, and patterns of shared badge usage. And the hangar looked in good order; whoever took the ships didn’t make a mess in doing so. ::she frowned.:: The Independence-B might be able to get more, or the Representative.
She’d have to make a point to check up on Representative Veron Sel when she had the chance.
Rosek-Skyfire: ::nods:: There definitely would have been more signs of a struggle or a rush. This seems like they had all the time in the world and weren’t worried.

Aitas: Veron Sel seemed quite appreciative of our aid. He could have sent us back to the Shelby, or tried to prevent us from beaming out of the bunker entirely.
From what little she’d seen of the controls there, it might not have stopped them, but he certainly could have made the attempt.

Aitas: It’s possible someone wants to discredit the military. And the hangar exploding might have hidden the theft of the ships entirely. But to resort to this level of damage…they wanted to send a message as well.
Rosek-Skyfire: ::pauses:: Once the fires are cleared and it’s safe to return to the hangar, I’d be curious to study the scene. If the information we’re receiving is true, we should only see damage consistent with the explosion, and there will be little physical evidence that anyone was in the hangar before that…unless someone got careless.
Aitas: Whatever remains of the hangar may need to be excavated. There was a great deal of methane nearby.
The sound of that blast door closing still echoed in her thoughts. She could only hope that whatever information they needed was in the existing systems, rather than burnt and buried.

Aitas: We have a few places to start with. Perhaps I’ll see how the Hovans feel about my bringing down Fureri. Given their history they should have some familiarity with such bots.
Which might make any testimony she gave more reliable in their eyes. But given everything going on with the Hovans, she had no wish to push too far.
