[ACT 1] Ucron Dro: Putting down roots

Ucron rubbed his hands together looking across the colony site. It had been so long in coming, a chance to build a colony, a world, dedicated in memory to his lost love. There was a new wrinkle seemingly every week but he wasn’t going to lose his focus or his direction toward his goal.
He stood looking out over the belts of red barked trees with a smile. With the other two houses now clearly intent on meddling he had to bring an even sharper lazy focus to things. He glanced over at the fellow who was roughly half a head taller than him and nodded his head.
Dro: I appreciate your help guiding things along Commander Carter. I really think we can accomplish a lot while we have the chance.
Carter: Response?
Ucron looked over as some of the other officers approached Nathan he at least knew from the cookout but he was sure he would be able to learn the others as they worked together. He passed out PADDS to them as he began to speak.
Dro: Alright, thank you all for being here. I truly appreciate it. I would like to start with some building blocks we can continue to add on to. I have some ideas but I would also like to hear from you all as the experts in this situation.
Carter/Reade/Richards/Zhalea: Response?
Dro: I do have a single caveat. I want to leave the natural beauty as undisturbed as possible. We have this wonderful forest here. ::nodding to the PADDS:: If you look here we have an aerial view of the area as well as a copy of the survey reports. You can see we have some rocky terrain beyond the forest in that direction and toward the ocean. Be need our bedrock systems in place first though don’t we?
