Yes, Ikaia had replicated the chocolate and sent it over to her... and presumably half the sickbay had noticed, especially Queen Bee Barberra.
But that wasn't actually why she was here today – hopefully. She'd rested for a few days (yes, she really could) and spent a lot of time with her pillows and cuddly toys. Her shoulders and back still ached a bit, but she could feel it getting better. However, things hadn't improved elsewhere, and a weekly check-up was due anyway.
As a precaution, she hadn't worn heels and had dressed quite casually in flowing black trousers and a simple white top. This time she had caught the right train and arrived punctually at Ikaia's examination room.
Varati: Yoo-hoo! I’m actually right on time today. I was supposed to get in touch again if there was anything else. … I hope you didn't have too many serious cases to treat after the attack? We got away with just a black eye.
Wong: Response
Yes, she was hemming and hawing again when it came to her own aches and pains.
Varati: Oh yes... my shoulders and back still hurt, yes. But the headaches aren't really going away, and moving my head is a bit painful too. And I bumped into Seleya in the Peace park while jogging. But it was nothing serious, I landed softly.
Wong: Response
D’Cyra tried to shrug casually, but a slight pain visibly flitted across her face. oO Ouch! Oo
Varati: A little dizziness now and then – but only briefly. No, there was no nausea. … No, I'm not pregnant!
Wong: Response
