Keehani: Oh, did you hear about the festival tonight?
Aleksandrov: Festival?
Suribana: I haven't…
Orrey: A wonderful chance to not only welcome our new fellows, but all of our diplomatic partners as well.
Keehani: It will be a great opportunity for cultural exchange.
Aleksandrov: It sounds more like an opportunity for me to shop. I do love shopping.
Orrey: And partake of all the food from all the different cultures.
Suribana: It certainly seems so. Every cultural difference is something that could add to the spirit to reach a better understanding of yourself and the universe, so I'd like to go and check on this festival.
Aleksandrov: I do believe that is the basis of the Federation, is it not? I think I will attend later.
Suribana: Do you know where it will take place?
Keehani: ::gesturing with chin:: Just outside here, on the mezzanine.
Suribana: In that case, if you don't mind, I'd like to join you in the quest for enjoying and understanding what we have here on the station and in this part of the galaxy.
Aleksandrov: ::rising to discard her now empty cup:: Then perhaps I shall see you later at the festival. It was lovely meeting all of you.
Orrey: Truthfully I must be on my way as well. There are still a couple of people I need to speak with to finalize some plans for tonight. I can’t wait to see the two of you this evening at the big event.
Keehani finished her coffee, before taking to her feet and offering her hand to the two doctors.
Keehani: It was wonderful to meet you all.
I will hopefully see you tonight.
