[ACT 1] Commander Wil Ukinix - The Veil

Ukinix: Wow, look at you lot. Jansen, Ikaia, you’re both artists.
Ikaia, D’Cyra and Kaito were nearing their transformation into looking like Uwezo - the species that were inhabitants of the planet “Uwe II”, home to a planet that were on the verge of nailing warp technology.
The trouble was, that warp technology was a divisive topic amongst the civilisation. For many, it was a seen as a panacea to fix their ecologically struggling tropical climate jungle home world, which had become a concern for much of the population, given most of them lived in the upper levels of the planet’s many jungles.
But for others, who believed in a prophecy that meant travelling at the speed of light brought doom to their people, the planet’s warp program was a horrible path.
That was at least the intel that had been provided by Robin’s team to the Indy. They were already on the surface, disguised as Uwezo, trying to find out as much as they could about the Uwezo warp program.
Jansen and Ikaia had already worked their magic on Robin’s team a few hours earlier, and now, thanks to the knowledge they now had from that away team, Stros, Ikaia, Kaito and D’Cyra had to go through the same transformation process so that another away team to go down and investigate.

Ukinix: How long before we can beam them down, Doctor Orrey?

Ukinix: ::Nodding:: I’ve been told you should seek out someone named... ::looking at PADD:: “Elarrapal”. Apparently they’re head of their anti-warp movement, who might be trying to sabotage the warp program.

Ukinix: Imagine that, being “anti-warp”. If only they knew what they’re missing out on.
Orrey/Stros/Moore/Varati/Wong: Response
Ukinix: How are you feeling about your first Amity mission, Commander Stros?

Ukinix: Jansen, once you give them the all clear, they can beam down. ::To others:: And let’s all remember the prime directive, yeah?
Orrey/Stros/Moore/Varati/Wong: Response
Ukinix: We’ve modified our shields so that their sensors systems can’t detect us easily, but we can’t hang around in orbit for too long. Once we beam you down, we’ll have to move out of transporter range. You’ll still be able to contact the Indy, but only sparingly - the last thing you want is to be found out.
