A question just came up on Facebook (where we now have 131 people who
have RSVPed for the The Plastic Challenge!) about how to pack lunches.

You can wrap sandwiches in butcher paper or wax paper (which can be
composted) or try one of the reusable sandwich wrappers that are

I LOVE my Happy Tiffin! I worked their booth at the Earth Day celebration and received
one in "payment."  They are WAY too cool and can really pack more food that you
at first perceive.

I like the looks of these little lunchie bags...too cute!
