to start purchasing some of the shelf stable basics. As you run out of

Thanks for the resource.
Yesterday at the Good Food Festival in Santa Monica, I met Sara Hoekstra
, owner and cheesemaker of The Santa Barbara Cheese Company and tasted
her fabulous cheese. She makes the cheese locally with milk from cows
in New Cuyama. She will be selling at the Farmers market very soon.
