Illegal move under Winboard??

I confirmed that error on Winboard and Arena Chess GUI.

On Linux, that error didn't occur.

I think the error is due to Visual Studio.
So I will build Sayuri with MinGW and test it.

I replaced Sayuri for Windows from VC++ to MinGW.
https://github.com/MetalPhaeton/sayuri/tree/master/SayuriCompiled/Windows/For64Bit

Sayuri by MinGW doesn't cause that error.
It works correctly.
