We are delighted to share that our Founder and Trustee, Mr. Kapil Sharma, was recently mentioned by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in Mann Ki Baat!

This recognition is a proud moment for the entire SayTrees family and a reflection of our unwavering commitment over the past 15+ years to building a greener, more climate-resilient India.

Here are a few highlights from our journey so far:

1. Created over 150 Miyawaki forests across major cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, and others.

2. Restored 50+ lakes across urban and rural landscapes, resulting in a water gain of over 5 billion liters of fresh water.

3. Planted 10 million saplings in collaboration with 20,000+ farmers, helping diversify livelihoods and strengthen communities.

Each of you has played an integral role in this journey—this achievement belongs to all of us.
