SayMore doesn't open annotation file

Hi,

I'm a new SayMore user. When I click on the annotation file I created for practice, the file doesn't open. (Previously, I used to be able to do this without a problem.) Instead, I get an error window.  Its content is in the attachment.

I'm sorry for the problem, and really appreciate you letting us know.
Please email the error text (not the word document) to our bug system at
iss...@saymore.palaso.org. Also, if you can put the files somewhere we can
get them (e.g. Dropbox), that will help us get this fixed quickly.
