problem with fonts in annotation mode

I'm a new SayMore user, and I'm having a problem with the annotation tool. When I transcribe a text, then close the program, when I open the program again and go back into the text, everything is in boldface strikethrough font. Even though I keep setting it back to the font i want, it reverts to boldface strikethrough whenever I start up again. Any idea what the problem might be?  Thanks in advance for the helpǃ

Hi, Eric.  Thanks for using the SayMore tool.  I'm a tester for SayMore and your problem intrigues me. A few questions: Which version of SayMore are you using (find that in the Title bar when you have SayMore up). Which operating system are you using (Start > right-click on Computer > Properties)?  Which keyboard (Control Panel > Region and Language > Format)? And which Language is your system set up to use (Control Panel > Region and Language > Location).  I've given the paths used to find this information in Windows 7; if you are using a different operating system, we'll start with "which OS" if you are not able to find the answers to these questions.

Hi Len,

Thanks for the prompt response. I'm using version 3.0.170 (Beta), though I tried uninstalling it and installing an alpha version and I had the same problem. My OS is Windows 7, my region and language is Norwegian (bokmål),་and I'm using the English keyboard (with the option to toggle to the Norwegian and Tibetan keyboards.)
