Please find attached a call for applications for the 2027 EDGE Fellowship - a 28-month fellowship supporting early-career conservation leaders working to protect some of the world’s most Evolutionarily Distinct and Globally Endangered (EDGE) species.

“The 2027 cohort is particularly special, as it immediately follows Zoological Society London’s 200th anniversary and marks the beginning of EDGE’s 20-year celebrations.
Successful applicants will receive:
EDGE Fellows lead conservation projects in their own countries and regions, often working on species and places receiving very little conservation attention despite representing extraordinary amounts of evolutionary history.
The 2027 call is open globally, with eligibility focused on applicants from countries outside the G12, the EU, New Zealand, and South Korea.
