Book - Charging at life: Peter 'Mbobo' Hitchins, a life in wildlife conservation

Dear SAWMA members,

 

The late Peter Hitchens was a long-time member of SAWMA, since the inception of the association. . He dedicated his life to black rhino since he started working for the then Natal Parks Board in 1961 and he died on 1 November, aged 79. After he passed away, his wife, Stella, and two friends of his, Clive Walker and Orty Bourquin,  have put together a biography based on his extensive diaries. It was privately published by Flyleaf Publishing and Distribution which is based in Somerset West.
