Dear SAWMA community,

This email serves as a Second Call for Abstracts for the SAWMA Conference from 30 August to 4 September 2026 at the Cradle Moon Lakeside Game Lodge. Please submit your abstracts by 17 April 2026 at the latest.

We are excited to announce that registration for the conference is now open! Early bird rates apply until midnight on 15 June 2026. Please register and pay your registration fees before 16 June.

Please note that your registration will be considered complete only after we receive the payment.

Please find attached our second announcement with detailed information. Please note that there are various options for accommodation in the Cradle of Humankind, apart from the Cradle Moon Lakeside Lodge, which only has 50 chalets. You are welcome to visit the conference website at https://sawma.co.za/conference/ for more information.
