Our programmes range from environmental consulting, training, conservation, environmental education and tourism.   CEG seeks to grow its team and is looking for a young, dedicated and self-motivated individual to assume the role of an Operations Manager.   The job requirements and responsibilities ofthe position are provided below:   CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee all CEG’s operations which include; training, environmental awareness, managing conservation and tourism projects amongst others. Planning and the implementation of Annual Operations Plan. Staff management and leadership. Liaise with various stakeholders. Staff development and training. Health and Safety of staff and clients. Quality management and assurance of all programmes. Report writing REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary qualification in environmental studies e.g. Nature Conservation. At least 2 years’ experience in a nature conservation area. Presentation skills. Willingness to work under pressure and on difficult terrain.
