Hi again,

Correction: the sentence - If more nominations are received than there are vacancies, the Secretary shall compile a list of nominees on a voting paper, and an election shall be held at the AGM on Wednesday, 13 August at 14h30.

Should read:

If more nominations are received than there are vacancies, the Secretary shall compile a list of nominees on a voting paper, and an election shall be held at the AGM on Wednesday, 3 September 2025 at 15h30.

Regards,

Elma
