Back in August 2024, we announced the exciting news that Plann has been acquired by Linktree. Up until this point, Plann has been trading under LadyLaurence Pty Ltd. This entity is now closing. From July 1st, 2025 your account and usage of the Platform will be contracted under Linktree Pty Ltd.
What this means for you:
Plann is not changing or going anywhere – there will be no changes to your Plann account or the features you currently have. This is simply an update to the legal entity behind the product.
Your subscription fees will be exclusive of tax: Where applicable, taxes will be added in addition to your subscription fees from July 1st, 2025 onwards. This may not happen right away but you will see this reflected in your invoices in the future. This will apply to all paid subscription tiers and plans.
The Terms and Conditions, including other terms and policies listed below (“Terms”), and your Privacy Notice will also be updated. These updates will automatically go into effect on July 1st, 2025. Again, no action is required from you, but we encourage you to review the Terms and Privacy Notice in full. By continuing to use Plann from the effective date, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Privacy Notice.
If you do not agree to the entity change and/or to the updated Terms and Privacy Notice, you need to stop using Plann before July 1st, 2025 and terminate your account.
