Just responded to you personally, if anyone else experience this issue, here are the steps to get rid of this error:
1. Open Terminal by clicking on Spotlight icon and type in “terminal", select the Top Hit:

2. You’ll see a window that looks something like below:

3. Copy and paste the following text (all in one line), and press return. You will see output similar to above screenshot:
sqlite3 ~/Library/Containers/com.savingsapp.Savings/Data/Library/Application\ Support/Savings/Database.savingssql '.tables'
4. Launch Savings, your data should appear.
This seems to happen when the Mac was shut down improperly (e.g. power outage). I’m working on a fix to address this issue. The database is not harmed when this happens.
