To add to my earlier email & summarised as flws:

1. Does anyone have a listing in Astrid Meadows with the flwg match?

- Min 4 bedroom
- Min 3000 sqft

Client likes the development and will seriously consider a unit there if available.

2. Another development shortlisted by same client is:

- Duchess Residences
- Penthouse (already seen the garden maisonette)
- 3000 sqft at least
- Min 4 bedroom

Client's requirements if you have anything suitable to recommend:

- D 10 / 11
- Freehold or 999 yrs
- Minimum 4 bedrooms
- Minimum 3000 sqft...bigger better
- Low rise (no high rise type)
- Quiet facing preferred. Client appreciates nature so greenery is added advantage
- Budget $6-$7m
- Townhouse or penthouses will be good
- Not too old development unless well maintained
*note: already seen Glentrees & Casabella and don't like
