Amber Towers up for collective sale – ZB (Pg 23)
ZB just ran a report on the launch for collective sale of Amber Towers.

Suzie Mok, Director of Savills Investment was quoted as saying that Amber Towers has good site attributes and strategically located at the corner of Amber Road. The proposed redevelopment site which has a near square configuration, can be redeveloped into a high-rise condominium comprising approximately 110 units with an average size of around 1,200 sq ft each.

We expect strong interest in the site as it is well located along the choice stretch of Amber Road in District 15 which has always appealed to the upper mid-market residential segment, added Suzie.
