Subject: office matters
We had a few cases over the past few nights that the office lights and air cons are left running for the whole night; this is due to the fact that the last salesperson leaving the office did not it switches off. We believed that all should be responsible for the office electricity supply, so please advise all your division members to automatically switch off the lights and air-cons if they are the last one leaving the office.
On our part of the office’s staff, the last staff leaving will switch off all the air-con and leave the remote control for those salespersons that is doing the overtime work.
For salespersons who employed telemarketers, they are required to be present at all time to supervise and telemarketers should be booked in and out. As for the attire, they are not allowed to wear shorts or slippers.
Please disseminate this information to your entire division members as the management views the issues seriously. Thanks.
