To whom it may concern,
As an individual who has just moved to Moscow and enrolled in classes at WSU, I was delighted to discover the Wheatland Express bus. I am fortunate enough to have a car and could afford parking but much prefer to keep one more car off the road and off the campuses. I would hate to see any more of the campuses turned into parking lots to accommodate the extra parking that would be required if the bus service was terminated. It is great to see both universities setting an example by providing public transport.
For those who cannot afford the luxury of a car, the bus service is vital. The universities provide not only a great service to everyone in the community, but also a great example of an efficient use of resources, both natural and financial. A slight increase in student fees to accommodate the cost of the service is a small price to pay compared to the number of people it will serve.
The bus is very comfortable, remarkably punctual and the drivers most cordial. Thank-you for a wonderful service – please keep it going!
