NMFS wants your comments before 4/4/11

Please be civil with your comments, be to the point, and do not hold
back on expressing your concerns. This is an opportunity to let key
people know our concerns. Use your own words and do not worry about
perfect grammar.

THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO TELL NOAA ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR
REGULATORY PROCESS AND HOW THE PROBLEMS CAN BE FIXED AND DO IT IN A
POSITIVE MANNER. IF YOU DO IT BY E-MAIL PLEASE SEND ME A COPY SO I CAN
CREATE A BOUND COPY OF COMMENTS TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONGRESSIONAL
DELEGATIONS IN THE SOUTHEAST. THIS IS NEW AND THE EXECUTIVE ORDER
13563 WAS JUST SIGNED IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
YOU CAN GO TO THE EO SITE BELOW AND READ THE EXECUTIVE ORDER.

Also, please copy Bob Jones at bob...@aol.com and Keith Logan at
ad...@southcarolina-offshore.com with your comments as he will put
them together with all he receives for our congressional delegations.
That is a great offer from Bob and we should all take advantage of it.
Thanks.
