Dear Friends,

The SaveMyLanguage.org team are back again - this time with a wonderful article on the konkani language.

"Usage of 'double rhyming' words in Konkani - A humorous write-up " by Dr. Manjeshwar Ganesha Kamath is a humorous take on the konkani language and its double-rhyming words. He finishes off the article with references to the konkani 'baby talk' language - a language devised by the adults specifically for younger kids. Do note that 'double-rhyming word' is not a technical description by itself. Looks like there is no specific corresponding term in the english language/grammar for it.
