Ø University theory examination 2 & 3 rd years will be conducted on 12,14, 16 and 18 of March Slot wise.
Ø University practical examination for 2&3rd years will be conducted (for civil) 7, 8, 9 of march
Ø University theory examination for 1st years will be conducted 13, 15, 17 and 19 of march. (slot wise)
Ø University practical exam for 1st years will be conducted on 7, 8, 9 & 10 of March (slot wise)
Ø Once theory exam over , with in 24 hrs evaluation is to be completed.
Ø Vacation will be from 21st March to 1st April.
Ø Externals for labs , paper correction (3rd and final yrs) have to be arranged by individual departments.
Ø All practical and theory exam schedules to be approved by principal. And a detailed schedule for lab showing date, venue, internal examiner, number of students, timing etc must be displayed in notice board and also to be handed over to exam cell.
Ø Internal faculty should ensure that 3 hrs should be utilized and have to engage the students.
Ø This time Hall ticket and no dues will be generated via arms only.
Ø Attendance will be closed by 9th March. Once attendance closed concerned faculty to launch no dues through ARMS, once it is launched no dues information goes to students, - student has to request no dues – the request will be gone simultaneously to (a) Faculty incharge (b) IT in charge (c) Accounts (d) Dean Maintenance (e) Dean students (f) Dean Research (g) Dean academics and they will clear if no dues pending
Ø If concerned faculty should ensure that if the attendance is less than 80% then don’t approve, like wise attendance is more than 80% but assignment is not submitted, then don’t approve.
Ø Once all approved then final approval to be given byDean students and the same will be gone to COE and he will generate hall ticket online through ARMS.
Ø Course should check the list of eligible candidates (to whom hall tickets were generated) and the same should be used for attendance in exam hall.
Ø Results also will be generated through ARMS only.
Ø Question papers should be submitted on 19 feb 2018.
Ø All should note that 10% should be added apart from the syllabus and the revised one should be included in the course file.
Ø All HOD’s to submit the list of Question paper Panel to Principal at the earliest.
Ø Arms attendance status, University exam schedule etc should be submitted to Principal by 2 o clock today.
Ø All faculty should ensure that students are coming to class in proper dress code.
Ø All project students (final years) should mark biometric attendance in morning and after noon.
