Coffee Table Book on Lakes

Dear Lake Communities,

 

United Way Bengaluru has curated a one of its kind Coffee Table Book on Lakes. The book is a compilation of insights on lakes of all key stakeholders including Judiciary, Subject Matter Specialists, Environmentalist, Bird Watchers, Print Media, Government, Community, Corporate Partners. It also contains breathtaking pictures of some lakes, which are being rejuvenated and nurtured in association with the community, corporate partners, United Way and Government. 

 

We would like to cordially invite all the lake communities in Bengaluru during the unveiling of the Coffee Table Book on Lakes. We would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the great work that is being undertaken by all the local communities to preserve and protect the neighborhood lakes in Bengaluru.  

 

We have limited seats for the event. We request each lake community to nominate a maximum of two people to attend the program scheduled for next week. The details are as follows:

 

• Event: Live United Meet
• Day and Date: Friday, 30^th June, 2017
• Time: 02.30 pm – 05.30 pm, followed by High Tea
• Venue: Royal Orchids Hotel, Old Airport Road, Bengaluru

 

Please note admission to this event is strictly only through invitation. Kindly nominate two people from your community. Share the name, phone no. and email id. of the nominees with my colleague Krithika Prakash by 27^th June, 2017 marked on this email, to enable her to send the formal invitation.
