Draft of letter to BDA

I had planned to send this mail three days earlier but somehow it remained in my draft folder. 

Please find draft of letter that we can submit to BDA. Please suggest any change / improvement. Also, a point to note about letters from RWA (What all we have got)

1. Mantri Paradise, Rose Garden, Estmeem Enclave, Royal Residency - Arbind
2. Classic Orchad, Aikya, ??? - Veena
3. Royal Residency - Ramesh

Do let me know if I have missed any.

We will positively go on Monday and meet him at 3.00PM. Let us plan to be there is large number
