Changes to the ANIT trust

Dear all,

As we were discussing today, we need to add the new active members and also elect new office bearers. I see three people who are actively involved in it and we should include them in the trust - Meenakshi, Appa Rao and Sudhir Shamal. Please let me know if any one else should be added. 

Also, need to elect new office bearers for all posts - president, treasurer and secretary. Please think about it so that in the next meeting, we can come to an agreement. Several things to be done at present - KYC, audit of trust a/c, change in address etc.
