Hello Everyone,

Attached is the draft proposal that I have prepared. Let's fill all the data that we have into this to take this forward. We have to get this reviewed once from the BDA before sending and we have a deadline of sending this by middle of next week. Please provide your inputs by Monday 27th.

Arbindji, you have the complete DPR report. So if you could share the same with everyone, I can pick up the details of the children's park and put it in there. You can can also update the section on the pipeline. You also need to share the working model of the Madivala Lake which we could potentially use.

Veena, you can ask for the details on the Sulabh guys's estimates and update the section on the same. I have put a rough estimate of  8L per toilet complex( 4 ladies and 4 gents toilets with urinals and a couple of bathrooms as well, assuming a number which I remember hearing that per unit cost will be around 1L, though I talked to Raghavan and he was quoting more like 50K per unit). We will need an accurate information on this.

Once done, we should go to the BDA with this on Wednesday/Thursday and run it through them so that they do not dispute it later.

​Sorry was out of town till yesterday evening. Just now went through the mails. I am yet to get the estimate of toilet construction. I don't have the phone nos of sulabh  or the BDA contractor. I can get them from sumathi I suppose. Will try and get the details by tomorrow.

Please find attached the updated proposal with the details of the play area put into the boat jetty. I think we should share this with the BDA folks and then send it to Mahindra for the due diligence. The last thing we would want to do is get the money sanctioned from Mahindra and then the BDA not agreeing to what we are proposing.

I changed the order to put the toilets first since that is a lot more known than other 2 items. I hope they pick that.

Sure, I think Veena can do the follow up with Sumathi. It will be good to explain the ideas over phone and share the ppt over mail so that a record is there.

Tomorrow I'll talk to Sumathi and send the Draft proposal to her. But it may take some time for them to go through and approve. Aarti is in a hurry. Do you think we should send this to her also and tell her we are  waiting for BDA's approval?

I think we can send it with this caveat. They will also need time to first understand it and by that time we should have approval from BDA. But we need to know how to use the money. I found the details of work done by Bosch for Madiwala lake. There, the proposal with detail of work to be done, was given to forest dept. The work was done by Bosch after approval from forest dept. FD did specify the terms and conditions of the work and how t/ where they can put their board.
