My head of Design and GM HR will be present in Bangalore on 21st December wherein they would like a face-to-face meeting to take this ahead.
As discussed with Dr. Arbind , I am scheduling this at 2pm on 21 December in our Bangalore Office.
Requesting everyone to be on time since my Design Head has a flight in the evening and hence we need 2 hours for this.

Dear Arati,
Attaching the draft proposal which we have sent to BDA for their approval. We are yet to receive their approval. We have proposed children's park area now in boat jetty area. Earlier in the DPR it was earmarked on the encroached area(slum) of the lake .
This will require some time. But since you needed this urgently, we are sending it as it is.
