I think the presentation is too technical . We should make the presentations shorter and move technical details to backup so that we have it handy.

That document was prepared to give a 360 degree view of Arakere lake related issues and activities. And it has already been shared with Arati.

It will be great if you can prepare a crisp small ppt for presentation to them.

ANIT presented a report wrt to ANITS  profile and its long association with the lake.
The work done to highlight the arakere Lake and the necessity of intervention to preserve, develope it and its importance to the neigbourhood.

The report also informed the plans by the BDA wrt the developement of the lake., the roadblocks,concerns and the way forwards.

The plans were discussed in detail and areas of concern were pointed out.
ANIT bought out the requirements of the lake that are not covered in the present plans of the BDA for Lake Developement.

Excess STP  water from nearby apartments
Sewage diversion/Bypass
Toilet complex
North side developemnt
Childrens play area/amphitheater

CSR team Mahindra Lifespaces expressed their interest in developing the lake alongside BDA and ANIT . 
They clarified that they want to prevent duplication of efforts and resources and need to understand the status of lake developement so that they can pitch in to plug any gaps.

To this end they wish for further details about 
1. cost estimates for the above
2. an understanding of the process of implementation of any developemental work with the consensus of all Stakeholders and their active involvement in execution of the work

ANIT will provide the cost estimates by december 2nd week
