Following are the list of documents for RE- KYC :

• Non Individual Re-KYC form to be collected sign by all athuroised signatory .
• PAN Card in the name of entity signed by atleast one athuroised signatory.
• Certified copy of Trust Deed signed by atleast one athuroised signatory all page.
• Proof of address of the Trust as per latest KYC Circular i.e pan intimation letter, telephone bill etc on the name of trust signed by atleast one athuroised signatory.
• FATCA Declaration signed by athuroised signatory.
• 12 AA required if it is a SB a/c.signed by atleast one athuroised signatory.
• List of Trustee / Executive Committee members in letter head of trust signed by all athuroised signatory.
• Adhaar updation form signed by all athuroised signatory.
• Self attested Aadhaar copy and pan card copy of all athuroised signatory required, eadhhar is today download required.
• AML Form is signed by all athuroised signatory.
• Note every where signature should be done with forseal of trust (except personal Aadhaar and pan)

You will get Re- KYC form and AML Form in branch.
