I found the Facebook event after some digging:

Publicity goes a long way, and we're just hearing about this twelve hours
before the event.

to Save WRVU!
The 2nd link in the original post is a link to the FaceBook Event page
for this event.

This event was originally posted on 12/10/2010 on the Save WRVU
FaceBook Group page. That page is currently the most active area in
the Save WRVU effort, and we encourage everyone who cares about the
future of WRVU to become as active as possible in all areas concerning
WRVU. This Save WRVU Google Group, all WRVU-related websites, and the
Save WRVU FaceBook page. If we don't all wake up and get active, WRVU
is doomed.

Your comment about the 12 hour notice and publicity going a long way
is well understood, but at least someone is doing something. Direct
response from the addresses on the wrvu.org website has been lacking,
to be frank, as in no response. The organizers of this event sent
multiple messages to the addresses on the wrvu.org website.

Save WRVU FaceBook page:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Save-WRVU/155963281089773?v=wall

The event was planned entirely by Nashville community members, with no
direct links to WRVU, who love and want to help Save WRVU. Since there
has been no information from the official WRVU channels about what
people can to do help save the station, other than provide feedback,
people are now taking it upon themselves to do whatever they can that
may help get the word out about WRVU and help save the station.

Let's wake up, everyone!
