WHAT YOU CAN DO TO SAVE WRVU

So many of you have called and emailed asking what you can do to help
save 91.1 WRVU-FM. Despite unanimous objections to the sale of the
station, Vanderbilt Student Communications (VSC) plans to move ahead
with the sale anyway. By far the most important thing you can do is to
send an email now expressing your objection to the sale of the
station. Then follow through with as many of the other ideas as
possible. Please pass this information along to everyone you know.
Time is running out. Please act now.

LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD!
Send an email today expressing your objection to the sale of 91.1 WRVU-
FM and explaining why you like WRVU and want the station to stay on
the air. Below are the addresses of some members and employees of the
VSC Board and influential members of Vanderbilt, Nashville, and the
music community who should hear your objections to the sale of WRVU.
Please be concise, courteous and respectful in your email, and put the
words SAVE WRVU in the subject line of your email form. Thanks.

the organization that wants to sell 91.1 WRVU-FM and take it off the
air forever.

SIGN UP TO OUR EMAIL LIST
Please sign up to the Save WRVU email list so we can update you about
the latest Save WRVU news and events. Send your name and email address
to savewrvu...@gmail.com. Your email address will not be shared
or sold to any other party. It will be used strictly in conjunction
with the Save WRVU campaign.

KEEP IT TUNED TO 91.1 WRVU-FM
Listen to 91.1 WRVU-FM as much as possible. Keep it blasting on your
radio, computer or phone, at home and at work, and encourage others to
do likewise. The more listeners we have the more chances we have of
keeping the station on the air.

DONATE TO THE CAUSE
Donate your time and/or talent to the cause. If you have an expertise
(i.e. graphic design, website design, publicity, promotion, flier
distribution, legal aid, fund-raising, protest organization, etc.)

GRASSROOTS MOVEMENTS
Be creative and come up with unique grassroots ideas & movements to
save WRVU. Paint www.saveWRVU.com on your car windows; Place
saveWRVU.com signs in your yard; Organize Save WRVU gatherings and
display www.saveWRVU.com signs and hold information sessions educating
listeners and recruiting others to help in the battle to save WRVU.

function whenever possible.
