Homecoming Weekend Events

WRVU is planning on having a few events during the homecoming
festivities this year, starting with the VSC Hall of Fame Induction
Ceremony at 5:30pm on Friday October 22nd. Two WRVU alumni, Don
Benson and Ralph Smith, will be inducted into the Hall. You can read

If you plan on attending the ceremony, you must RSVP through the
Vandymedia.org website, since seating is limited.
After the Induction Ceremony, alumni have organized a WRVU Meet &
Greet at 7pm in Sarratt. We hope to see everyone there to meet former
DJs and hear them tell their WRVU stories. We'll be showing people
around the station, as well as kicking back and enjoying each others
company.
On Saturday, we will be meeting on the Rand Terrace from 1pm to 6pm in
an attempt to gather support, sell shirts, and let people know about
our cause. We hope to see you there, and, as before, one hour there =
one CD credit for WRVU DJs. In order to get that credit, you have to
sign the sheet inside the station, or else we won't know that you were
there.
