I have emailed to many people in that area, but it appears my contacts and that of Jason have quite overlap. 

If you guys are in the building, I can meet you and we can start cheery picking names from the linkedin, might be some whom we want to write direct email instead of sending just mass email.

Ravi has setup a doc file in which he has shared the email addresses of few alumni in that area, have we send email to them or not?

Yes. They work on that. Have you received the share file from sushil, he is responsible to update the email address.
