Thanks very much for this and all your hard work on our behalf, Paul.   It is quite interesting to reflect on the situation in Windsor where, twelve years after Oakfield First School expressed strong interest in becoming a primary school during the local authority sponsored Windsor Schools Review, it is finally having its second bite at the cherry thanks to the shifting demographic patterns of the local population and a new initiative by RBWM Council.   And while it is a great relief to see the Academy proposal toddle off to a dusty corner for the moment, Paul is right to suggest there is a very good chance it will return with renewed strength at some future point, unless some drastic change occurs in relation to either the Sponsor,  Slough LEA or the Coalition Government.    Best wishes, Susy   --- On Wed, 15/9/10, Paul Welsh <paul.w...@googlemail.com> wrote:
