Thank you for your email.
All communications regarding the Catholic College and any development concerning the project goes through the schools and I know your school will be writing to all parents in this respect in the next day or two.
With best wishes

I am writing to you as a very proud but deeply concerned Catholic parent of a daughter due to start St Bernard's Grammar School in September.
Please allow me to expand on the above statement. I am of course extremely proud that my daughter has reached the academic level required to gain entry to Grammar School, but I am particularly proud that she has a place at St Bernard's. Where, I believe, that not only her academic needs will be met but equally as important her Catholic faith and spiritual needs also. St Bernard's is unique in how it educates our children to embrace learning, to strive for academic excellence and knowledge. It enables our young children to grow into well rounded, capable, educated and compassionate young Catholic adults.
We as a Catholic community need to stand together to defend this institution that serves our children so well, to allow it to continue to excel so that Catholic children can be nurtured there for years to come.
I would urge you to please add your voice to the campaign to save St Bernard's from merger or closure. It's loss would leave a gaping hole that would be extrememly detrimental to our Catholic children.
I thank you for your time.
