Just a short update to let you know things are moving forward. The
County appears cooperative but many details remain. As I mentioned in
my last email, I would look for an official reopening in the fall of
this year. Until then, the glider runway will remain closed, do not
use it!
Keep your fingers crossed, fall soaring is the best thermal season at
HMT.
