Another (short?) Delay from the FAA

I'm hereing the FAA has issued another delay in its decision, this
time for only one month(?). Hopefully they are just putting some
holiday bows on a favorable decision for the aviation community of
Riverside County.

No other information to relate so "Holiday Best Wishes" to all who
have supported this effort.

We remain quite hopeful.
