The County didn't feel our 20 plus page plan was adequate...though no
other plan was submitted.
An interesting story is when we visited the County EDA offices to drop
off our plan the downstairs area was filled with camera men and IRS/
FBI agents...the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE and its PR firm were being
raided. Some sort of a kick back scheme involving a ex-San Berndo
County Supervisor (why they were raiding Riverside is still TBD).
Such is our corresponding negociating partners...the emperor has no
clothes, just an chimera of power.
Are we getting set up for a shakedown? We just don't know.
Heck I can't wait to turn the lights on....
