Respected Sir,

My name is <<Edit Your Name>> .I am basically from <<Your Place>>

I am writing this email to bring to your attention the following matter.

Train number 12683, Ernakulam-Bangalore superfast express, which runs from Ernakulam Junction to Bangalore City Junction has been rescheduled from every Sundays to every Mondays, with effect from 20 July 2011.

The proposed reschedule of Train 12683 affects thousands of Keralites residing in Bangalore. There are more than 5000 travellers  to Bangalore from Kerala on Sunday evenings.

All of them now have to rely on the only evening train – Kanyakumari-Bangalore Island Express (16525).

The Ernakulam-Bangalore Superfast Express has been running successfully for the last 6 years. Due to heavy rush and demand for ticket, this train runs with 2 additonal sleeper coaches on Sundays. Inspite of this, Southern Railway is rescheduling this service from Sunday to Monday stating technical reasons.

There are already two bi-weekly trains running from Kerala to Bangalore on Mondays (Train no 06345 Ernakulam-Bangalore Express and Train no 12258 Kochuveli-Yeswantpur Garibrath Express) in addition to Train no 16525 Kanyakumari- Bangalore express.

So the introduction of 4th train on Monday will also hit the railway profit.

Altogether the rescheduling of the Ernakulam-Bangalore Superfast Express(2683) to Mondays is only adding  pain to weekend travellers .

On behalf of the passengers we humbly request you to retain the existing schedule of Train 12683 on Sundays.

Your time and effort towards the same will be much appreciated

Sincerely,

<<Your Name>>
<<Place>>

Please forward this to your Friends :Thank you!
