Luther PTA- Brain Power Mania Program

Hello Parents,

 

My name is Pamela Jenkins and I am working with our Luther PTA President, Mrs. Janie Longo on the Brain Power Mania Program. Did you know that Luther school could earn a gift card from Downtown Buena Park for up to $2500? How it works is we receive 10 points for every dollar spent on all purchases at any store, restaurant, eatery and service at Buena Park Downtown Shopping Center.  This includes across the street at Buena Park Place and the Krikorian Metroplex theater.

 

We can all help increase Luther's points by taking our receipts to Buena Park Downtown Customer Service Center and having the representative stamp our receipts for Luther School.  Also, for your convenience, a deposit box for your receipts is located in the Luther Elementary Office. I will be happy to get them stamped at Buena Park Downtown Customer Service Center and have them returned back to you.  

 

All of our qualifying receipts must be dated and logged between September 15, 2009 and May 31, 2010. Based on total points accumulated between 9/15/2009 and May 31, 2010, Luther school can receive a Buena Park Downtown Gift card based on this schedule:

 

• 1st Place-$2500
• 2nd Place- $2000
• 3rd Place - 1500
• 4th Place- $1000
• 5th Place- $750
• 6th-10th Place- $500
• 11th-15th Place- $350
• 16th-25th Place- $250

 

Currently, we are ranked 13th with 254,310 points.  Let's keep turning in our receipts to increase our points for our school. (For the month of January, we can earn double points for EVERY receipt dated 9/15/09 to present).

 

Please check your next Brown Power Mania annoucement which we will provide to you within the next few days.  It includes several opportunities for us to increase our points for Luther Elementary school. Also, we will be providing you with more information pertaining to future fundraising events that will increase Luther school's points.
