here's a write-up on Dine for a Change from my friend who coordinated it for the few years before Erica did. i didn't read through it; i hope you find it helpful! xo

Here you go Manish. I'm happy to talk to you about this more in person, I just kinda threw together everything I could think of from the top of my head. It is definitely A LOT of work, and could be not worth it if you don't have enough help. Hopefully your fundraising guru self can think of more ways that this fundraiser can be more rewarding than it was for me at SFWAR.
