Good evening,

Question. If we do wind up having the fliers done, should I edit out Brenda's or leave it as it is with the TBD status before passing the information along to the proposed designers? I'm kind of assuming that Brenda's is a no go but not yet certain.

Any opinions?

I have just now heard back from the only graphics person who replied to our call. He's having surgery "in the next few days" so I don't know if he'll be able to address out immediate need for the Dine Out card.  I'm meeting with him tomorrow and it he can do a fast turn around I'll ask him to do it. After getting off the phone, putting down my calculator and reading your message with full attention, I guess that it's too late for any editing. Hopefully there will be enough info and the designer will do some editing to make it fit together for a good appearance. The best part is that it is going to get done and we can do some further outreach.
