Horizons grant

Hi Marj, Eric and SLM folks,

Here is a link for the Horizons grant, just one of many we should be applying for.

This grant is worth $10,000, and it seems like a perfect way for us to offset the initial cost of hiring a full-time development director. It is due on June 3rd; do we have someone writing grants for us? If not, maybe Cheryl and I can take a crack at it, assuming we can use any existing boilerplates the clinic already has set up.

Thanks Pike - this is a great opportunity.  And we have an ally at Horizons (Jewelle Gomez).  LM is applying for this.  Dawn is the lead and I'm helping her out.  we spoke with our grants writer this morning about getting a draft ready to submit.
