Someone should probably contact Katie Quinn-Jacobs to see if this is
something that she would be interested in before we get our hopes up
too much. That being said, I really would love to help Ludgate out of

We are definitely open to the idea. We met with Joe Marrafino a few
months back to talk about it, but the project would need some people
to take up leadership roles.

I have developed a Powerpoint presentation that highlights how the
store could operate as a cooperative bringing together membership
shares from local farmers, local food processors and community
members. Met with a small group last August to discuss a business plan
for a cooperative. Would be happy to share it, if it seems relevant
to an interested group.

At present, we have not committed the property to any buyer/renter.
